Nish works closely with Michelle Owen, undertaking postural and orthopaedic assessments and 1 on 1 coaching, leading group classes and sharing a passion for correcting posture problems. Trained in the same systems and practices, Nish and Michelle bring a diverse toolkit to the process of correcting postural and structural dysfunctions.
As well as being a qualified C.H.E.K. Practitioner (Level 1), Nish has attained Level 3 of the C.H.E.K. Holistic Lifestyle Coach system. He holds a BSc in Exercise & Sport Science from Massey University and has presented seminars in New Zealand and India. Having played representative cricket to a high level, Nish is familiar with the stress that physical activity places on developing bodies. He also understands the value of having a good coach on your side.
With his focus on nutrition and a well-rounded lifestyle, Nish can assist with any nutritional or eating issues that may be contributing to conditions such as diabetes. The goal, as always, is to ensure each client receives personalised advice.
