Sahrita works alongside Michelle and Nish to help clients achieve their full potential. Trained in C.H.E.K techniques, she provides postural and structural correction, facilitates workshops, teaches group classes and works one-on-one with clients to provide holistic lifestyle assessment and wellness coaching.


Managing a Wellness Coaching business, Sahrita has experience of how modern life can impose pressure and take away time for an individual’s sole focus on their health. Working from proven principles, she assess’s the body systemically to find a solution for the root cause of a symptom. This global assessment of the client, take’s a diagnostic approach, and finds a path to correct an imbalance which is followed by a strategy of further prevention.

Sahrita’s passion for coaching ignited when she became a highly enthusiastic client with many structural imbalances. After her first Biomechanical assessment her original coach Simon, taught her to how to rebalance, strengthen and understand how to prevent further injuries. After treating her own symptoms of pain with a shift in diet and lifestyle, this enlightened her to learn the C.H.E.K high performance teachings and the path she leads currently.

As an experienced personal trainer, Sahrita is also in the process of completing her ELDOA training. She loves collaborating with clients to correct their posture and overcome common injuries, pain and imbalances – with structural exercise, simple nutrition and step by step lifestyle modification.
